About Our Practice

freshen-glow has been serving clients from our Kensington location since 2008. Our office provides a comfortable, private environment for discussing your retirement planning needs.

We understand that some retirement planning conversations are easier to have face-to-face. Whether you prefer to visit our office, connect via video consultation, or communicate by email, we're flexible in how we work with you.

All consultations are conducted in private meeting rooms where you can speak freely about your financial situation and retirement aspirations. We also offer secure document sharing systems for safely exchanging sensitive financial information.

Finding Us

By Underground

High Street Kensington station (Circle and District lines) is a five-minute walk from our office. Exit the station onto Kensington High Street and walk east. We're located on the north side of the street between Wright's Lane and Phillimore Gardens.

By Bus

Several bus routes serve Kensington High Street, including the 9, 10, 27, 28, 49, and 328. The nearest stops are directly outside our building or within a short walk.

By Car

Limited street parking is available on nearby side streets, with both pay-and-display and resident permit zones. We recommend using the car park on Phillimore Walk, approximately three minutes' walk from our office. Please note that central London has a congestion charge zone.

Accessibility

Our office is located on the ground floor with step-free access from the street. We have accessible facilities and can accommodate mobility aids. Please let us know in advance if you have any specific accessibility requirements.

Yes, we work by appointment to ensure we can give you our full attention. Contact us by email to schedule a convenient time. We can usually arrange meetings within a few days, though urgent matters can often be accommodated sooner.

Initial consultations are complimentary. This meeting allows us to understand your situation, explain how we can help, and discuss which of our services would be most appropriate. There's no obligation to proceed beyond this initial conversation.

Absolutely. While our office is in London, we serve clients throughout the United Kingdom. We regularly conduct consultations via video call and can arrange in-person meetings at locations convenient to you when appropriate.

For an initial consultation, you don't need to bring anything specific. If you have pension statements or other relevant documents, they can be helpful, but we can request these later if needed. The first meeting is primarily about understanding your circumstances and explaining how we can assist.

We aim to respond to all enquiries within one business day. During particularly busy periods, it may occasionally take up to two business days. If your matter is urgent, please mention this in your email subject line.
